PARLIAMENT QUESTION : VISION GROUP ರಚಿಸಲು ಉದ್ಧೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಚಿಂತನೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಾಂತ ಬಹಳ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇ-ಪೇಪರ್ ಒದುಗರಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಎಂದು 9 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಮಕೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ.ಆರ್.ರಘೊತ್ತಮರಾವ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಧಾತರು ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೌದು ನೀವೂ ಸಹ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಂಪಿಯವರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಜೊತೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸುವಿರಾ ?
1.Ministry of Railways
[1]Is there is any detailed studies conducted for building Orbital Industrial Rail corridor to Integrate Multiple Industrial Hubs located at periphery of mega Metro cities to boost economic activity , lower trade cost and also as logistic support facility?
[2] If so, is there any detailed studies conducted by the RITES on the similar project proposals discussed with the MOR reg. building Bangalore Region Industrial Rail Corridor [BRIRC] to integrate Multiple Industrial Hubs located at periphery of City and neibhourhood Districts? : File No, MR/M/161/2016 dated30-12-2016 of Railway Board Office
2.Ministry of Defense
[1] Is there is any agreements with the Russian Government, containing identifying new Tumkur HAL Complex[Karnataka state] as a dedicated location to assemble the Russian Helicopters namely- Ka-226T, as an additional facility to be co located at the helicopter manufacturing HAL’s new space at Tumakuru .Karnataka State?
If yes, please be state, delay in using this facility as per terms of agreement with the Russian Government and is still to make head start?
[2 ] [A] Is Government of India has received request from the Karnataka state for extension of Defense Industrial Corridors (DICs) which is now up to Hosur [Tamilnaadu]
[B] If so, please be state, to provide a fillip to strengthening the defense manufacturing ecosystem, any proposals is there by the Defense Ministry to extend Defense corridor in to Karnataka State , as Karnataka state contains multiple Defense Ministry organizations?
3.Ministry of New and Renewable Energy
[1]MNRE ministry planned for setting up RE Equipment Manufacturing Parks in India, is there any such any proposals are received from the State of Karnataka in this regard?
[2] Please be state, In context of Tumkur District having one of the biggest Solar Park of India, is there any plan to set up such RE Equipment Manufacturing Park at Tumkur Industrial Node now coming up under Chennai-Bangalore-chitrdurga Industrial corridor?
4.Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers
[1]As facility to access for enhancing careers opportunity in research & development personnel under healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical device industry and initiating start-up companies in various sectors of Medical Devices the Government of India starting new National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in different states,, is there plan to start such institute in Bidar , Karnataka state, as this district is having multiple Pharmaceutical companies.
5. Ministry of MSME
[1] Is there any policy adopted , to have one at least Extension centers of MSME Technology institute in every Industrial Nodes now approved under various Industrial Corridors across the country as support mechanism?
[1] If so, details of such extension MSME Technology centers planned in every Industrial Nodes of the country?
6.Ministry of Commerce
[1] Is there any policy adopted that every Industrial corridor must have backbone of Freight Corridor for implementing the corridor project?
[2] If no such policy is adopted, reason for Bangalore –Mumbai Industrial corridor having multiple Industrial hubs in Karnataka & Maharashtra states, including planned Mega Dharwad Industrial node is still in the pause mode?
7.Ministry of Communication, Electronics& Information Technology
[1] Under EMC2.0, is there any policy that the Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (ICDC) such as DMICDC,/ NICDIT/SPV for created for development of Industrial nodes can also be send applications to the Project implementing agency for establishment of ESDM Clusters- MIETY for onward forwarding the same to the Project management agency[PMA].
[2 ] If so, As the implementing agency for Tumakuru Industrial node ,the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT], has made any application to the Project Implementing agency [PIA], MEITY, for onward forwarding the same to the Project management agency[PMA].as mandated under policy released in April 2020, for establishing ESDM Cluster at Tumkur Industrial node ?
8. Ministry of TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS
(a) Whether Government has received any proposals from the State Government of Karnataka for converting State Highways into National Highways;
(b) If so, the details thereof; and
(c) The present status of these proposals?
9.Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers welfare
[a] The Govt of India facilitated number of Farm Machinery Training & Testing Institute [FMT&TI] across various regions of India, as a facilities for field Training ,Demonstrations, for conducting Training on operation, maintenance repair of Agricultural machines, to showcase and impart training to the Farmers in all mechanized farming activities ,please state how many such Institutes are now exists?
[b] To enable to double the income of Farmers to, increase the productions, are there any plans to establish such institutes in the states where FMT&TI are not exists?
